Delivery
The products ordered on the arianababyshoes.com website are delivered only by express courier to the customer. We do not work with the Romanian Post.
ARIANA BABY
SHOES SRL makes deliveries exclusively through the fast courier company GLS CURIER.
The delivery
term for ROMANIA is 6-9 working days from the moment of placing the order at
the address specified in the order form. Delays can occur due to various
reasons: legal holidays, unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems
independent of the company, etc.
If the
delivery time of the products is extended, this will be announced both on the
site and on all social networks. Orders received on Friday after 17.00 will not
be processed until next week, Monday morning.
Due to the
schedule of courier companies on weekends, no shipments are made. Deliveries
are made only on working days, from Monday to Friday. Before receiving the
package, you will be contacted by phone by the courier to confirm your presence
at the delivery address.
The delivery
fee is 4.5 euros, including VAT, on the entire territory of Romania.
The return fee is 4 euros, including VAT, throughout Romania.
Delivery time
for addresses to destinations in EUROPE is 4-6 working days, but may differ
from conditions related exclusively to the express courier company,
The orders with destination on the EUROPEAN territory are processed only after the payment has been made and confirmed by the on-line processor NETOPIA-MOBIL PAY.
The delivery is FREE for orders with a minimum value of 59 euros for ROMANIA.
The delivery for EUROPE is free if the orders treshold the minimum amount as shown in the table.
The delivery will not be FREE if the products are on SALE or any PROMOTIONS.
The delivery fees are different by country to country and will be shown on the CHECK OUT step.
The delivery fees for EUROPE starts from 15 EURO.
Orders that comply with the free shipping minimum threshold are dispatched through GLS Carrier and are shown on the below table.
Delivery fee is NOT FREE for items that are on sale / offer / promotion regardless of the number of pairs purchased.
